Refund Policy

At Stix & Stone Golf LLC, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all of our customers. Please review our refund policy carefully. By purchasing services or products from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Private Lessons & Instruction Packages

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.

  • Lessons canceled with appropriate notice may be rescheduled or refunded upon request.

  • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are non-refundable.

  • Prepaid lesson packages are non-refundable after 14 days of purchase but may be transferred to another individual.

2. Group Clinics, Camps, and Events

  • Full refunds will be issued if cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the event.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund or a credit toward a future program.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time or for missed sessions.

3. Merchandise Sales

  • Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

  • Custom-ordered or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

4. Weather-Related Cancellations

  • If Stix & Stone Golf LLC cancels an event, clinic, or lesson due to inclement weather, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Credits may be applied to your customer account and used for future services or merchandise.
